What is it and why do you grow it?
Simply put, Fodder is sprouted seeds. You start with the seeds, be it wheat, oat, barley (all of which we use), etc. You soak them, keep them watered, and let those sprouts grow for about seven days before feeding them to your animals. It is nutritious, economical, and an easy process once you have your set up going.
This can be done on a large scale, or in tiny containers for a few chickens or other pets to enjoy. While we are by no means experts, we are happy to help answer any questions you may have. Just use our contact page to reach out.
